Make sure the details you enter on the booking form are correct, specially the email and phone number.

If you are using a non-United Kingdom phone number, have it on roaming so the Driver can contact you.

All Amendments and Cancellations are Free and you will be refunded in full as long you inform us atleast 4 hours before your initial pickup time.

We will try to accomodate all your needs, we just need to know what you would need.
